Founder & CEO, Kaz C, began her journey at a young age, volunteering at community events and quickly realising her love for the craft of event curation. From her first role in the cloakroom, she immersed herself in every aspect of the process — learning, experimenting, and mastering the skills that would later define her career. What began with small gatherings soon grew into curating raves, galas, baby showers, roundtables, conferences, festivals, and award ceremonies — a portfolio that speaks to her versatility, adaptability, and creative vision.

Over the years, Kaz has combined this grassroots foundation with extensive corporate experience, delivering high-impact events for some of the world’s most recognisable organisations, including Meta (Facebook), Apple, PwC, CMS, Bird & Bird, Managing Partners Forum, and The Black British Business Awards. Through these collaborations, she has built an international network and a reputation for seamless execution, bold creativity, and a commitment to excellence.
